An Intent is a conscious declaration of what you want to exist — in your life, or in the world. It is the what, not the how. Broad, meaningful, and alive.

The Bound

  • A Bound is an alignment agreement. You are saying: "I hold this vision too. My energy supports this reality."
  • When you do a session for an intent you're Bounded to, everyone Bounded to that intent receives that energy — and when they practice, it flows back to you.
  • You are never practicing alone. The Bound creates a field of mutual amplification — the more people bound to a shared vision, the more powerful each individual session becomes.
